Issued to build the Exchange and Customs House and the New Watch House in Charleston. A handwritten “a” is in each quadrant of many of the Orders. Signers were Miles Brewton, Benjamin Dart, Henry Laurens, Thomas Lynch, Peter Manigault, J. Parsons, Charles Pinckney, Sr., John Rutledge, and Benjamin Smith.
